What we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, phone numbers, delivery address, and email address when provided.
Why we collect it
We collect your details to fulfil and deliver your order, and to contact you regarding order confirmation or delivery updates.
Who sees it
Our courier partners receive only what delivery requires. We never sell your details.
Advertising and measurement
We use the TikTok and Meta advertising pixels to understand which ads lead to orders, and Google Analytics to see how the shop is used. They record pages viewed, items added to the bag, and orders placed. When you order, your email and phone number are converted into an irreversible code (a SHA-256 hash) in your browser before being sent to the advertising platforms — they never receive your actual email address or phone number, and the code cannot be turned back into them. Google Analytics receives no contact details at all.
How long we keep it
Your details are kept only as long as needed for order processing and legal record-keeping.
