CHOLÉ sells accessories online in Egypt through mychole.com. Placing an order means you accept these terms.

Pricing & Orders
All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include any displayed discount. Shipping is shown separately at checkout before you confirm.
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. The sale is concluded when we confirm your order by phone. Until then we may decline it — a piece may have sold out, or a price or stock figure may be obviously wrong.
We may change prices at any time. A change never affects an order already confirmed.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery and InstaPay. InstaPay orders are held until we confirm the transfer; if it does not arrive within 48 hours the order is cancelled.
Ownership of a piece passes to you once it is paid for in full.
Delivery
We deliver across Egypt by courier, usually within 2–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Please give a correct address and a phone number that reaches you. If a delivery fails because nobody could be reached, the courier fee may be charged again on the next attempt.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation
You have 14 days from delivery to return a piece, and sized pieces can be exchanged in the same window. The conditions, who pays return shipping, and how refunds are issued are set out in the returns and exchanges policy, which forms part of these terms.
How the pieces are described
Our pieces are plated in champagne gold. Photographs are taken in natural light and colour can look slightly different between screens, so a small variation from the photo is normal and is not a fault.
Plated accessories wear with time. Keep them away from perfume, water, and chlorine to make them last. Ordinary wear over time is not a manufacturing defect.
Photographs & brand
The CHOLÉ name, the wordmark, and the photographs on this site belong to us. You are welcome to share them; please do not use them to sell anything.
Liability
Nothing here limits the rights Egyptian consumer law gives you, and nothing here excludes our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
Circumstances outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control — courier disruption, strikes, or similar. We will tell you, and you may cancel and be refunded if the delay is substantial.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it — the date at the top tells you which that is.
Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by Egyptian law, including Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction.
Come to us first — most problems are settled in a phone call. If we cannot resolve it, you may complain to the Consumer Protection Agency (CPA).
